Cisco - "Don't Forget Spectrum" - DFS Testing
Cisco's short video on DFS and their wireless controller solution. Its a quick video on DFS and client capacity testing taking advantage of DFS UNII-2 Extended.
They also take a poke @ Aruba in the process... :P

The CDW price for an Cisco 1140 is $650. The CDW price for an Aruba 105 is $550 - $100 less.
The CDW price for an Aruba AP-120 is $650. You tested a grapefruit to an orange.
If you test the Aruba AP-120 you will find it does support (http://www.arubanetworks.com/product/aruba-ap-120-ap-121-access-points) the full 5 Ghz spectrum and it is half the size of the 1140 ( or 3500 ).
I manage 8 WISMs and a few 5508s with WCS & NCS so I am a Cisco fan but I also help manage a few Aruba 6000s w/Mk3s.
If you are going to do a "bakeoff" at least try to be equal in the products you select , hmmm ?
I can't check until next week - but I looked at some notes and I am pretty sure the Aruba 105 does support the portion of the spectrum you found missing.
It was pretty hard working with a school district who wanted to buy the AP-12x series (about 350 in 15 buildings ) when the Cisco 1250s required more power than any Cisco closet switch could deliver and would require replacing around 40 1 or 2 year old 3560s or adding the power injectors (how do you shut/no shut an AP?) or shutting down one of the radios. They also had 6500s but no Sup720s so they couldn't do Wisms and the 44xx line would have required 4 with no redundancy (5508s weren't out yet and when they did get released they only supported 256 APs so they would have needed 2 of those )
Do you have a graph or video that could help them find the extra money they needed ?
